Google Classroom Information
Welcome Parents and Children to the guides for our online learning portal – Google Classrooms.
Using the classrooms, your child's learning can continue during the COVID-19 outbreak and the lockdown measures that may require certain individuals or whole class bubbles to stay home and isolate.
We will also be using Google Classroom as our way of giving the children weekly homework.
The teachers have been busy preparing their Google Classrooms (online classrooms) for the children to use and continue their learning. It is a short and simple process to get started and there are a number of ways you can do this. Please read the following guidance.
Below, there is a video guide of how to log in.
On your child's class page, you will find a link to Google Classrooms. We would suggest downloading the Google Classroom app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store if logging on from a tablet or mobile phone. In school we have already accepted the children to their allocated classes and have shown them how to access the work set, turn the work in and contact the teacher if they need more help.
If you have any problems, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the school office.
It would be lovely to see as many children accessing their homework and online learning as possible.
