We are delighted to welcome our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils back to school for another exciting year! We are looking forward to a year filled with fantastic learning opportunities, new experiences and plenty of challenges to inspire and encourage every child. We can’t wait to see our pupils grow in confidence, develop new skills and make wonderful memories along the way. We are excited to work together to make this a happy, successful and memorable year for everyone!

Most homework and communication will be sent by Seesaw. If you have lost your login information, then please speak to me and I will provide you with another copy.

 

Key Information for Autumn Term:

 

PE:  Wednesday: is our PE day. Please ensure your children come to school in their school PE kit.

Military School is on Tuesday: Please ensure your children come to school in their school PE kit.

Reading: A book will be provided on Friday to take home and read. Please return the book by Thursday so that it can be changed and returned by Friday. Even if they have not completed the book, they must bring it into school to be checked. Books will only be changed if the child's reading record book is signed by an adult.  

Spellings will be practised in school. Please download the spelling list below if you wish to also practice these at home.

Maths Homework will be set each Friday and is expected to be completed by the following Thursday.

Please encourage your child to complete home learning as this supports work covered in class.
